Customers can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. This includes stands being unassembled.
The Return Portal on the lower left-hand side of the trotpets.com homepage can further assist in that process to create a return request and help generate a shipping label.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of $2.62 per unit unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any items damaged during return shipping.

Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange will be shipped out to the customer. If exchanged for an item of greater value customer may be invoiced for the balance. If for a product of lesser value, a refund will be issued for the difference to the original payment method. $6.99 discounted shipping will apply. We are not responsible for any items damaged damages during the return shipping process.
If the product arrived damaged or defective, customers can contact customer service within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
If the customer received the wrong product, they can contact customer service within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
