Returns

Customers can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

The Return Portal on the lower left-hand side of the trotpets.com homepage can further assist in that process to create a return request and help generate a shipping label.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of $2.62 per unit unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Customers can exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a different color or style.

The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs and a restocking fee of $2.62 per unit unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange will be shipped out to the customer. If exchanged for a item of greater value customer may be invoiced for the balance. If for a product of lesser value a refund will be issued for the difference to the original payment method. $6.99 discounted shipping will apply.

Exceptions

If the product arrived damaged or defective, customers can contact customer service within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

If the customer received the wrong product, they can contact customer service within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
