Return, refund & exchange policy

You may return an item within 15 days of receiving the order. We will generate a return label for you and send via email. The return label is void after 15 days. If already used, we appreciate any effort to clean the item before returning. Please include any additional information that could help such as reason for return, photos, etc. A refund (minus shipping costs) will be sent upon receipt of item at our warehouse. 


Once your return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund. Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment.


If an item is damaged during transport, please contact us within 15 days.


If an item is lost in transit, please contact UPS for information about filing a claim. Feel free to reach out to us and we would be happy to help in any way that we can.


Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, color, or configuration, we will generate a return label for you and send via email. Please let us know what configuration you would like to receive. If your configuration is not immediately available, a credit will be applied to your profile and we will send out your new order as soon as it becomes available. This could be up to 2 months. Please note that all sizes are priced equally so no credits will need to be adjusted if changing sizes. Because of increased shipping costs, we do require the customer to pay for the return shipping. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item when sent.
