Unlike under prior ownership, we are only accepting orders for items that we have in inventory and are ready to be shipped out of our world class fulfillment center here in the USA. We are not accepting pre-orders to ensure timely delivery of all products typically within 5-7 days
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bowls. We stand by the belief these are the last bowls you will ever buy.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal and Apple Pay.
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase, including the product(s) you ordered, the shipping address, and the total cost. Once the order is processed and shipped you will receive another email with a UPS tracking #. If you do not receive either of these emails, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find them, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased on our website and unused. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it arrived defective or damaged, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please see our return policy page for more details.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the UPS website.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product you ordered. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States.
We offer discounted standard shipping of $6.99 on all orders.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Our bowls are made with stainless steel 304. It is food grade because it can survive corrosion from most oxidizing acids and is simple to sterilize, making it perfect and commonly used for many kitchen and food applications.
Simple, easy to follow 1-page instructions are including in the stand packaging. If delivery did not include these, or they are missing, here is a copy.
