Brief Background

Trot Pets is re-opening under NEW ownership and management.  We understand that the actions of the past have caused disappointment and distrust, and for that, we are truly sorry. We have taken significant steps to ensure that such actions will not be repeated in the future, and we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and integrity in all of our dealings with our customers. The Company is no longer accepting pre-orders and all orders will be in stock and ready for immediate delivery.

As way of background, we are a group of dog lovers who were frustrated with the lack of high-quality dog bowls available on the market. We noticed that many dog bowls were made from cheap plastic or flimsy materials that would easily break or deteriorate over time. We were also concerned about the impact that these low-quality materials could have on the health of our furry friends.

As we searched for a solution, we realized that they weren't the only ones who were looking for better dog bowls. We discovered that there was a growing community of pet owners who shared their passion for beautiful, functional, and durable dog bowls that were also good for their dog's health.

Inspired by this, our group decided to acquire and build upon a company that faced a number of challenges under its prior ownership.  Trot Pets was originally launched during the pandemic, and like many start-ups was not able to meet its obligations due to supply chain issues, labor shortages and escalating manufacturing costs. In 2023, the company was purchased by a new group of owners and put on solid financial footing.

We continue to focus on producing high-quality dog bowls that are both stylish and practical. We have a real passion for creating beautiful products that improve the lives of our dogs and their owners.

The company has spent countless hours researching materials and designs, consulting with veterinarians and dog experts, and testing prototypes to ensure that their dog bowls would meet the highest standards of quality and safety. They sourced materials from reputable suppliers and worked with skilled artisans to craft each bowl with care and attention to detail.
